57th Founders’ Day

The celebrations of the School’s 57th Founders’ Day commenced on the 4th of July and culminated in a grand Prize Distribution Ceremony which was streamed on the School’s Facebook Page on 22nd July. Over a period of 2 weeks the all the students from Classes I – XII participated in a variety of Inter Section Competitions that brought out their creativity and talent. The best were acknowledged and received prizes for their efforts during a special assembly.

Commemorating Kargil Diwas
And
Celebrating International Tiger Day

A Special Assembly was conducted on 25th July to Celebrate 2 important occassions; Kargil Diwas and the International Tiger Day. The students of the Primary Classes mesmerized the audience with their dazzling Tiger masks. The children apprised everyone of the importance of preserving the Tiger heritage not only in India but also in many parts of South East Asia where Tigers flourish.

The students of Class 4, then presented a patriotic musical journey saluting our Kargil brave-hearts and also at the same remembering the heroes who laid down their lives for our Nation.

Visit to the National Science Centre

On 29th July, an educational visit to National Science Center, Pragati Maidan, Delhi, was organized for the students of Classes 6 – 8. A Total of 160 students went on the excursion. The students attended a 15 minute show at SOS (Science of Sphere) where they were enlightened about the various aspects of the Milky Way Galaxy. Besides this, the students visited the Fun Science Gallery. It was full of hands-on exhibits explaining the fundamentals of Science. The students were accompanied by Ms Muskan Kathpal, Ms Meena Bhatia and Ms Rachna Kapur. The visit was carried out during the regular School timings and turned out to be a success.
