Ration Card in the Name of Parent (Father/Mother), having the name of the Child
Domicile Certificate of the Child or of his/her Parents
Voter-I-Card (Epic) of any of the Parents
Passport in the name of either of the Parents or of the Child
Electricity Bill / MTNL Landline Bill / Water Bill
Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of either of the Parents.
Also Required
Passport Size Photographs – Of the Child – 4 nos. Of the Parents – 1 no. each
Date of Birth Certificate of the Child

Students are applicable for admission to a particular stream on the basis of Percentages
obtained in the Class X Board Examinations.
